Users may not use Fashion Studio to create AI-generated try-ons, face swaps, videos, or fashion visuals involving:

• Influencers
• Public figures
• Brands or copyrighted characters
• Any third-party individual without authorization or consent

Users are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions before using another person’s likeness, identity, or copyrighted materials.

Fashion Studio is not responsible or liable for unauthorized usage performed by users.

3. Platform Abuse

Users may not:

• Abuse APIs or automated systems
• Exploit vulnerabilities or security weaknesses
• Attempt to reverse engineer the platform
• Circumvent subscription or usage limitations
• Interfere with platform stability or performance
• Resell platform access without authorization
• Use bots or scripts for abusive activity

Any attempt to compromise platform integrity or misuse AI systems may result in immediate suspension or termination.

AI-generated results may vary depending on prompts, uploaded assets, and user instructions.

Users are fully responsible for reviewing, verifying, and ensuring generated content complies with applicable laws and platform policies before publishing or commercial use.

Fashion Studio does not guarantee the legality, originality, or appropriateness of user-generated outputs.

5. Enforcement & Account Actions

Fashion Studio reserves the right to:

• Restrict access
• Suspend accounts
• Terminate services
• Report unlawful activity to authorities where required
