Licensing & Commercial Rights

1. Commercial Usage Rights

Paid subscriptions may include commercial usage rights for AI-generated content created through the Fashion Studio platform.

Subject to compliance with these Terms, users may use eligible generated content for:

• E-commerce product listings
• Paid marketing campaigns
• Social media advertisements
• Commercial branding materials
• Product showcases
• Fashion lookbooks
• Client projects
• Website and digital marketing usage

Commercial usage rights apply only to content generated in accordance with Fashion Studio policies and applicable laws.

2. Ownership of Uploaded Content

Users retain ownership of:

• Uploaded images
• Garment and product images
• Brand materials
• Logos and user-provided content

By uploading content to Fashion Studio, users confirm that they possess all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and authorizations required to use such materials.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring uploaded content does not violate copyright laws, trademark rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or third-party intellectual property rights.

3. Ownership of Platform & Technology

Fashion Studio retains full ownership of:

• The Fashion Studio platform
• AI systems and technology
• Proprietary software and workflows
• Branding, trademarks, and assets
• Platform design and interface
• Internal generation systems and models

Nothing in this policy grants users ownership of Fashion Studio’s proprietary technologies or infrastructure.

4. AI-Generated Outputs

Generated outputs may contain AI-generated interpretations based on prompts, uploaded assets, and system processing.

Fashion Studio does not guarantee exclusivity of AI-generated outputs and similar outputs may be generated for other users.

Users are responsible for reviewing generated content before commercial or public use.

5. Restricted Usage

Users may not:

• Resell or sublicense the Fashion Studio platform
• Redistribute proprietary systems or technologies
• Reverse engineer platform infrastructure
• Use generated content unlawfully
• Use generated content for fraud, impersonation, or misleading activities
• Violate intellectual property or privacy rights
• Generate harmful, illegal, or deceptive content

Users are strictly prohibited from generating content involving celebrities, actors, influencers, public figures, or third-party individuals without proper authorization or consent.

Any unauthorized use of third-party identities, likenesses, trademarks, or copyrighted materials is solely the responsibility of the user.

Fashion Studio shall not be held liable for misuse of the platform or unauthorized content generation performed by users.

6. Suspension & Enforcement

Fashion Studio reserves the right to:

• Remove content
• Restrict platform access
• Suspend accounts
• Terminate services

If users violate this Licensing Policy, Terms of Service, or applicable laws.

7. Policy Updates

Fashion Studio may update this Licensing Policy at any time to reflect platform changes, legal requirements, or service updates.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
