Users must ensure they have the necessary rights, permissions, and ownership for any uploaded images, videos, garments, or assets used on the platform.

2. Restricted Usage

Users may not:

• Upload illegal or harmful content
• Abuse platform infrastructure
• Generate misleading or harmful content
• Attempt to exploit or reverse engineer the system
• Use the platform for fraud, impersonation, or deceptive activities

Users are strictly prohibited from using Fashion Studio to create try-ons, face swaps, or AI-generated content involving celebrities, actors, public figures, influencers, or any other individuals without proper authorization or consent.

If users upload or generate content using another person's identity, image, or likeness without permission, the user will be solely responsible for any legal claims, damages, or consequences arising from such usage.

Fashion Studio is not responsible or liable for unauthorized use of third-party identities, likenesses, or copyrighted materials uploaded or generated by users.

3. Subscription & Billing

Some platform features require active paid subscriptions and recurring billing.

Users agree to:

• Pay applicable subscription fees
• Maintain valid payment methods
• Accept recurring billing where applicable

Failure to process payments may result in restricted access to platform features.

4. Platform Rights

Fashion Studio reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate platform policies, misuse AI systems, or engage in prohibited activities.

We may remove content or restrict access without prior notice if user activity is considered harmful, abusive, illegal, or in violation of these Terms.
